Are these prices final?
They are indicative starting points to set expectations. Your exact fee depends on your structure, transaction volume and whether you need payroll — we quote a fixed figure after a short intake, before you commit.
What is billed "at cost"?
Third-party charges: the notarial deed (a civil-law notary, typically €400–€1,500) and the one-off KVK registration of €82.25. We pass these through at cost, without a mark-up.
Do you charge VAT (BTW) on your fees?
Yes. Our fees are quoted excluding BTW; the standard 21% BTW is added on the invoice. If you run a BV or a VAT-liable business you can generally reclaim it.
Is there a lock-in or long contract?
No. Bookkeeping is a rolling monthly service with a fixed fee and no lock-in. You own your data and can leave with it.
